How to be a pilot in Kuwait or Egypt ?

i am living right now in kuwait and i am in american school i am 14 years old so which subjects should i take to be a pilot i mean what are they requirements and what college can i enter around the world but i cant enter that expensive colleges like i heard that the year cost in canada about 60.000 $ BTW i also heard that i will enter a college for only 1 year and half is that real ?
