Girls opinion -- am i putting up with too much baggage?

what would you think if your boyfriend was texting his wife (they are separated) about nonsense stuff -- that free time he had -- he chose to text her instead of you -- that when asked to a party she's going to be at -- and you know you are not invited to -- his answer is i'll have to see what my situation is like -- rather then just a flat 'no'...that she tells him flat out -- dont text me -- and he leaves a voice msg on her phone explaining why he's leaving a voice msg -- she texts him call his daughter on another line -- and he texts her back -- is this normal? or am i putting up with too much baggage?
