Hotmail problems HELP?

So I noticed a couple weeks ago my phone popped up an error message saying it could not access my email account. I deleted the account off my phone then installed it again and it said my username and/or pword were incorrect. I had left it at that for awhile. Now today I try on both my computers at home to log in and they both say the same thing incorrect pword or username. I have not changed it and attempting to reset the pword just brings my to a "The webpage cannot be displayed" error message, what gives?? I tried posting on the hotmail forums but it says I have to sign in to post haha WTH???
