Any tips on enhancing natural beauty/becoming fit?

My hair is a good thickness, my skin easily tans, and I'm pretty slender, but my thighs are meaty. My eyes are brown, my hair is brown, and its just below my shoulders. What colors can I wear that look good with olive skin/brown eyes and hair? Do you have any hairstyles that are quick and easy? Do you know any exercises specifically for legs/thighs? Thanks for all of your answers :)
