Has nothing to do with Health Care quality or availability. It has to do with our life style habits. Eating too many big macs, smoking, lack of exercise, risky adventures like scuba diving, mountain climbing, gun related deaths, drugs and drug related deaths, 45, 000 deaths to car accidents, and abortions after 22 weeks is considered infant mortality. This is why statistics can be skewed to suit your purpose and may in fact be irrelevant.
