Coast Guard overseas pay?

My husband wants to go to Kuwait for a year to help our family financially, if he did a 12 month term as a E-3 in CG reserves, how much would he make? I would miss him so much and we have a 9 month old daughter... I want to know how worth it it would be, would it be dangerous? Would the money be worth us being without him???
