Cancellation of Visa in Kuwait and Credit Card?

I want to cancel my Kuwait work visa with current employer as I got new job offer and will come back from my country on new visa after 1 month. I have my personal account in bank and also they issued me a credit card. I want to ask whether my account will be valid even after cancellation of visa or it will be active and when I come back I can use this account. And same for credit card. Whether I will have to pay all outstanding dues for credit card before leaving Kuwait? Or I can pay as installments when I come back. I have also some installments with Al-Ghanim. I will have to pay all before leaving? Is there any restriction to pay before getting cancellation of visa?
