Why do we all focus on the British Royal Family why not some of the others?

Why do we always hear about the British Royal Family when there are others such as Belgium, Luxembourg, Lichtenstein, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Morocco, Swaziland, Lesotho, Japan, Bhutan, Thailand, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, plus many Pacific Islands. The only time we hear about them is when someone dies or someone is coming to our country
